1) What are your delivery times ?
You will receive your order within a maximum of 7 to 10 days after placing your order. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.
2) How do I track my order ?
As soon as your order is shipped (48h to 72h after placing your order) you will receive a tracking link by email allowing you to follow its progress.
3) Do you ship all over the world ?
No, currently we only deliver in: USA, United Kingdom, Canada.
4) I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long ?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at email@example.com
5) Do you have a refund policy ?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course fulfill the payment, in case the recourse is made within 14 days from the date of the order, that the product(s) concerned are not sold out and are covered by our refund policy. 6) My package is damaged
Open it in the presence of the delivery person to see if the product is damaged. If it is, refuse it.
If the delivery person refuses to let you open the package, refuse it too. These same verifications are also to be made in case of withdrawal at the post office.
7) Did you receive my return ?
Depending on the method of return chosen, it will take 8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse. Remember that the return remains your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouse, so always ask for a proof of shipment to keep an eye on its progress. Once received, your return will be processed within 1 business day, an email will be sent to you to confirm its good reception.
8) What are the available payment methods ?
We accept credit cards and PayPal. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
